Performance Diesel proudly provides Jackson, Georgia with trusted heavy-duty truck & fleet repairs and mobile services. With decades of diesel mechanic experience, it is our pleasure to keep the community moving!
Our Story
When Brad Wheeler saw the two-decades-old Performance Diesel up for sale in 2018, he saw opportunity knocking and decided to purchase the business. Thanks to his past experience working with Freightliner and the majority of the company’s team also having dealership backgrounds, it was a match made in heaven.
Experience & Performance
One of the core tenets behind Performance Diesel’s business is ensuring the customer is always taken care of and giving them the best experience possible. We strive to be better than our competitors and have plenty of returning clients who have been with us for years. The Performance Diesel team is also very close-knit; we treat each other like family. The team strives to maintain transparency between them, including having regular meetings to discuss issues and opportunities and developing plans and solutions as a team.
One of our biggest selling points is our plentiful dealership experience and access to dealer-level software, both of the diagnostic and performance-tuning varieties; this gives Performance Diesel capabilities that competitors and even dealerships simply don’t have. We’re able to give our customers dealer-level service from start to finish without them having to pay dealer-level prices. 85% of our mechanics are also dealer-trained and OEM-certified which, when counted alongside our partnerships with OEMs gives us continuous access to the latest industry tools and training, further enhancing our acumen and the customer experience.

Complete with vending machines, free snacks (including popcorn), free coffee and other refreshments, and even free Wifi! We also provide other convenient amenities like shuttle service and after-hours key drops.
